WaterbyDesign is driven by service. A water feature is an investment that needs to be cared for like any asset. Both indoor and outdoor water features need maintenance throughout the year. WaterbyDesign believes that in taking care of the features we build but also know that many of our clients are capable of doing the necessary maintenance themselves, to which we will have no problem educating and offering tips to a do-it-yourself-er . Services We Provide

Pond Start-up/Shut down - "Start-Ups" take place generally in the spring as soon as it is warm enough to get the water features up and running. This process includes connecting the pump and lights, filling up the water feature, cleaning of any debris which may have collected and overall review of all components to ensure the feature is working just as good as the day it was installed.

A "Shut down" is the process of winterizing your feature. This process includes blowing out pipelines, plugging and cleaning the water feature.

Indoor Maintenance - WaterbyDesign is involved with many of their customers through a regular maintenance program for servicing and upkeep of water features. This service ensures that your feature is running at its optimal performance. We review chemical levels and use products on your feature for cleaning and removal of debris so the system and inserts (slate or glass) display like they should.
